But you are right, the traffic rules are different to Germany. Here, car drivers still believe that they own a road because of paying road tax. It changes slowly, but it changes.</description>

it's absolutely dangerous to be a pedestrian or a cyclist in the UK. Even if they have a green traffic light -  so I guess, people needed to figure out how to get across the crossroads, junctions and streets at all - and turned colourblind.</description>

		<description>If you cross an empty road in Germany, you have to pay 100 EUR because of a red traffic light. The English cross a road when it's empty and traffic lights are only for cars.</description>
